Born from the Urgentime adventure, Vizalia carries one simple conviction: what you see changes what you decide. Today we apply it to contact centers support and telesales.

Anthony & Jovien met during a partnership between HEC Paris and École 42. After an accident that nearly caused lifelong paralysis because no one could show the scene to the emergency services they decided to found Urgentime. Today they carry that same conviction into Vizalia: making every customer conversation clearer, faster, more human.

At Vizalia, we believe technology only makes sense when carried by passionate people. Every team member shares the same conviction: put humans at the heart of every interaction.
We support our customers with care and rigor, because behind every screen there is always a person who matters.

Anthony narrowly escapes lifelong paralysis after a motorbike accident no way for emergency services to see the victim on video before dispatch.
Anthony meets Jovien during an HEC Paris × École 42 partnership. They decide to found Urgentime two professional soul mates.
After 2 years of R&D, the video call becomes stable enough to ship. A first EMS center adopts it, then a large moving company for remote quoting.
The solution covers 1/4 of French EMS, 1/3 of Switzerland's, and 1/3 of US 911 centers. Around 15 large groups adopt it.
Anthony and Jovien appear on M6's "Qui Veut Être Mon Associé" and win over Marc Simoncini and Tony Parker, who invest €750,000 for 30% equity.
Vizalia is born: the same visual conviction, applied to contact centers AI powered support and telesales.
