You pay for visual sessions, not licences. Unlimited users, volume-based decreasing rates, and anything you do not use is carried over.

The model adapts to your call volume and your organisation.
Fast start
You want visual in your calls without a long project.
Multi site, multi country
You roll out visual nationally, then across the group.
Outsourcers
You need to perform for several clients.
Already seeing with Vizalia
You commit to an annual volume of visual sessions, paid in advance. A session is an exchange during which the agent and the customer see the same thing. The per-session rate decreases in volume tiers and is identical whether the session is used for support or telesales.
No. Users are unlimited, with no agent cap or per-seat cost. Your whole team can use Vizalia from day one. This is deliberate: billing by agent slows adoption, and a practice that is restricted never becomes established.
The commitment is for three years, with annual prepayment and an option to exit after the first year with three months' notice. The volume committed in the first year remains your commitment throughout.
A few days for a simple launch. The pilot runs for three to six months depending on your organisation, and it calibrates your commitment.

A dedicated cluster or on-premise hosting remains available on request. See the security page
They answer different needs: remote control mainly equips field workers, while visual assistance automates self-service or co-browsing on a web journey. Vizalia grafts the visual onto the call in progress: the customer gets a link by SMS, opens it in their browser, installs nothing and creates no account, and the voice never breaks. The visual adds to the conversation, it does not replace it. Read the comparison of alternatives
